Shipping Policy

Given that our paper products are heavy and international shipping costs can be substantial, we offer the following two logistics options to ensure that each customer receives the most suitable shipping service:

1. Customer-Arranged Freight Forwarder
   You may arrange for your own freight forwarder to transport the purchased products. If you choose this option, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and provide the detailed information of your freight forwarder (including company name, contact details, and pickup time). We will proceed with shipping once we have confirmed this information.

2. Shipping Arranged by Us with Freight Collect
   If you prefer, we can arrange the logistics for you. The shipping costs will be collected upon delivery, and you will pay the freight directly to the logistics company. Please note that the actual shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the goods, destination, and the chosen shipping method.
